A colourful 2025 is drawing to a close. And the absolute insider tip for this year’s end-of-year festivities between the holidays is undoubtedly the “KitKatClub” at BOOTSHAUS in Cologne. Alexa van Hell and her charmingly authoritarian “KitKatClub” entry crew are looking forward to daring inspirations from hedonistic fantasy creatures, garishly dazzling characters and otherwise extravagant re-creations – true to the motto “Don’t dress up, reinvent yourself”! Literally EVERYTHING that fulfils the attributes “hedonistic” and “imaginative” is welcome.  And for those who are unsure about the “right shell”, organiser Landolf recommends carrying an optional “second shell” to overcome the strict admission control.

One of the KitKatClub @ Bootshaus’s recognised hallmarks is its uniquely energetic dancefloor. On 28 December, Jam El Mar, together with Mark Spoon as “Jam & Spoon” and with DJ Dag as “Dance 2 Trance” one of the most prominent protagonists of the international trance DJ community and with “The Age Of Love * Watch Out For Stella Club Mix” creator of one of the most timelessly brilliant trance anthems, will be on the decks. In addition, DJ Travis, notorious in countless legendary Berlin underground clubs, and Mr Clark Kent, KitKatClub resident DJ legend, who has already brought (almost) every veritable fetish dance event throughout Europe + beyond to a boil, will also be at the start. This guarantees that the dancefloor will be transformed into an inextricably intertwined bundle of energy under high voltage! The BOOTSHAUS is transformed into a sensual fantasy world – characterised by the unique black light pictures by Berlin scene artist Vigor Calma, BUJU “Psychedelic Blacklite” decoration, S/M fetish furniture, massages, blacklite body painting, fresh fruit service, candy girls, VAULT Polaroids, turbo fast food and and and…..!

KitKatClub is not a party, but rather a lavish celebration in honour of the heroes of past nights, who are remembered by the heroes of today. The friends and supporters include all those who know no tomorrow and who celebrate every night as if it were the last, because less is never more and too much is never enough. Founded in Berlin in 1994, the KitKatClub sees itself as an avant-garde meeting place that takes up the traditions of the „wicked“ Berlin clubs of the „Golden Twenties“ and serves as a meeting place and source of inspiration for a colourful audience that accepts and promotes individuality, diversity of opinion and free forms of expression. The KitKatClub thus fuses multimedia and artistic elements into an innovative concept in keeping with the avant-garde spirit of the times.

The special thing about the KitKatClub, which has been attracting guests from all over the world to Berlin for over 30 years now, was and is the mix of the audience: young and old, rich and poor, fat and thin, gay and straight, freaks and philistines, unemployed and academics. The boundaries between identities, generations and social classes are blurred on this shared hedonistic journey. For our „KitKatClub on Tour“ events, we have been offering exclusively evening box office in conjunction with cash payment since 2003, closely modelled on our Berlin-based parent club. Admission costs your wits or 35 thalers or both! And tickets paid for at the box office must be presented at the 2nd admission control as a prerequisite for access to the event area. The „Obolus“ charged includes admission to the event. Cloakroom + drinks are charged separately. Cash + card payment is optional for catering consumption.

In the respective event location we offer a changing area + a guarded cloakroom. 3 Euro for jackets/coats and 5 Euro for bags/luggage (= cash payment only) at the BOOTSHAUS in Cologne.

For guests with less luggage/wardrobe we offer a limited number of lockers Medium (40 cm x 29 cm x 22 cm) at 7 Euro and lockers Large (40 cm x 29 cm x 32 cm) at 10 Euro (= also cash payment only). This makes it possible to bypass the regular cloakroom check-in completely.

Photography and mobile phones are strictly prohibited at all „KitKatClub on Tour“ events. Anyone attempting to smuggle such items through the 2nd entry control will be allowed to continue partying 100% safely OUTSIDE!

Our aim is to ensure an unconditionally non-discriminatory, non-judgemental space in which all guests feel welcome and respected. And this is the responsibility of everyone present. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, sexism or racism; take care of each other; anyone who feels threatened, harassed or uncomfortable or needs support in any way can turn to our KitKatClub crew throughout the event in front of each play area + and in the cloakroom tent as helpful contacts for concerns of all kinds * clearly recognisable by the „KitKatClub Crew“ badge + neon light wristbands.

If you notice that another person needs help, please contact the person concerned. Do not leave it up to „the others“ to become active, and only YES means YES! Always act according to the principle of consensus: actions and conversations only take place with mutual consent. ALWAYS make sure that the other person is clearly signalling that they want to talk and/or interact with you, and the „PLAY AREA RULES OF PLAY“ banners apply in front of all play areas and in the cloakroom area.
